Frequently Asked Compliance Questions

Clear answers to buyer questions regarding our compliance auditing, fiber certifications, and factory safety standards.

1. Can global buyers inspect factory audit reports before placing an order?

Yes. We maintain complete transparency with our buyers. We provide full access to third-party social audit summaries (WRAP, SMETA/SEDEX, BSCI) and structural safety reports (RSC/Accord) for the specific factory assigned to your order.

2. What eco-friendly and certified organic materials do you supply?

We offer GOTS-certified organic cotton, Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) cotton, GRS-certified recycled polyester, Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) yarns, and FSC-certified viscose. Transaction certificates are provided for every organic or recycled production run.

3. How do you monitor wastewater and chemical safety at supplier dye houses?

All dye houses in our vendor network operate biological and chemical Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) adhering to ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) guidelines. All dyes used meet OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I criteria for non-toxicity.

4. What building, fire, and electrical safety standards are enforced?

Every facility in our network is licensed under the RMG Sustainability Council (RSC) or Bangladesh Accord. This guarantees independent structural engineering assessments, automated sprinkler/alarm systems, clear fire exits, and certified electrical wiring.
